Hi, I’m Natalie, and I’m excited to be one of the EcoCaptains for Shippee this year! I’m a freshman majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a strong interest in sustainability, clean energy, and engineering. Through my role with the Office of Sustainability, I’m excited to explore sustainability initiatives at UConn and get hands-on experience in this field. I look forward to contributing to efforts that make a positive environmental impact on campus while working with the other EcoCaptains and the OS. I am a part of the Society of Women Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Nutmeg Publishing, iGEM team, Husky Ambassadors, and Engineering Ambassadors.  In my free time, I enjoy trying new Rec classes, doing crafts, and traveling.
